I wanted to give a big shout out to Columbiana Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Columbiana, Ohio. I bought a used Charger there last February, and just did my first oil change. I noticed a filter other than the SRT one I needed on it. I called there, and talked to a higher up who apologized for not telling me (this is when there were shortages of EVERYTHING, including filters and they wanted to make sure I had new oil and filter). I was sent a COMPLETE oil change kit, along with oil, right away. They were great during the sale also, and answered all my questions remotely; since I lived in Wisconsin. Again, great place to do business with.

Glad to hear. I bought my Redeye through them this year, and they were pretty easy to work with. I'll probably use them again in the future if a sweet new ride comes out in a few years!

Great to hear. I've about given up on them. I always set the bar low if I have to deal with the dealer after the purchase. I do take it to the dealer for oil changes and then pray nothing falls off or rubs LOL. But sounds like a good one.

Funny you say that. I left GM after 20 years (and still had a warranty on my V) because my dealer would damage my car, and even messed up an oil change!
