Woke up with pleasant email from US customer care. The email congratulates me on my purchase and gave me an estimated arrival date of my RE of 4/8/22. I've bought three hellcats and never got something like this before. Must be something new. That will be about 11 weeks from order. About the same as my last one. The countdown begins!

I wonder if the hold up is the HO motor. When I order my hellcat charger last year the redeyes were being built, and the regular hellcat lagged. Sounds like a reversal of fortunes.

yea - don't get too excited. that didn't mean S#!T. I went back to "No records found corresponding to the VIN provided " The build sheet doesn't populate till after your build date/ship date - which your dealer or chat line will tell you.

1/5 was when I ordered
I got my build sheet then a couple days later got the message you’re getting, then a couple days later the build sheet again, then that message. Currently the build sheet is back but I think my car continues to wait for an elusive part. Ordered 11/15 Charger Redeye. Build sheet since 2/22. No sticker. No car😕
Yes it appears that the window sticker is a better indicator of build status. Chat is virtually useless. Same canned answer every time.

My build sheet popped up today but no window sticker yet. Car was ordered on 2/3. Looks like these ‘22 RE orders are moving down the line ok.
How do you call SRT?
(855) 778-8326. They seldom give status codes so I'm surprised they gave it to me.
Chat is useless in my experience. You're better off calling SRT.
