Got off of work yesterday to this. I was the only one that parked on that side of the parking lot, furthest from the main entrance. Literally dozens of empty spaces closer to the door. I park that far just to avoid this type of thing 🤦🏽‍♂️🤬

IMO, when you park away and alone, you stick out inviting to be noticed. "Hey, look at me ." Then there are those who are mad for you having a really nice vehicle and want to pull you down. Now, there is a group of Environmentalists letting the air out of the tires of gas guzzlers.

There is a thing called, "hiding in plain sight". Park with other cars around.

I keep a tire valve core removal tool in my car for just such a situation. Pull all four valve cores and leave a note explaining why.

F'n scumbags who do that. I swear sometimes they do it on purpose. Why in the HELL would you park next to a car parked WAY far away from all the other cars, unless you're a complete and total asshole?

It's like some people need another car to "align" them to park in a freaking parking spot?

Painless dent removal (although the photo is a bit blurry) SHOULD take out 95% of the "door dings" out there. I've had to use them maybe a half-dozen times from assholes in the parking garage at work who dinged up my RAM.

That sucks. Happened the exact same way on my 18'. I ended up using Dr. Colorchip and the results were very good.

And why did the person back in? I can see how you left extra space to the right because that is where someone would usually open the door. If this person had pulled in normally the door would have opened into an open space. It almost looks like the person was copying your parking style. So sorry this happened. In addition to the scratch is there also a dent?

Waste of time, what do you think that would accomplish? They aren't going to pay for repairs and you can't make them so you are only inviting a confrontation over a couple of hundred dollars (if that) in repairs.

I get they steal, trash, or wreck your car going after them , legally, but small ticket items aren't worth it.

Smart.... Go to jail for assault and spend thousands in court and attorney fees over $100 in damage that may not have even been caused by that car/owner.

Door dings suck and piss me off to but be smart about it. If you can afford one of these cars you've probably got more to lose than the looser that did the damage. If you don't have it on video nothing you can do about it but make the situation much worse for you.

Let it go man. I know it sucks. And I Hate jealous A holes too. They get off doing shit like that because of one or several reasons. The queer is broke and knows he’ll never be able to afford an expensive car. A lot of miserable people hate happy people. They want them to be miserable too.
