That looks phenomenal! Great combination. Did you get your hood that came with the car painted, or did you get an additional hood? Also, can you take a pick with the hood up to see how they tied in the bottom side?

Finally, what kind of wax have you used...The TorRed Is freaking popping!

Wow!! Looks GREAT with the red!!

Local dealer told me they've done this with two of their cars where they cancelled the hood. Anyone holding out this is definitely an option, it's just paint. I realize the desire to have this from the factory but clearly they were outsourcing this paint job anyhow.

That looks awesome and tough! I want the same look, but I'm thinking I will do a wrap on mine just in case. That way the original paint is still there in case I change my mind later on.

Looks great, I got a TorRed one in the black hood hole right now. I figure at this point I will give it two more weeks then can it.
We have a very good Mopar body shop in town that I can trust to paint it up for me.
They did some work on my pair or 70 Cudas.

Aww thought it had to be a dupe.. No such luck for a Charger with black hood pic.

Since we have this thread, anyone thinking of painting their Charger hood? Mine's going to be black from the factory. I know of one white car ordered with a black roof so far (has VIN too) - very $$ option.

Awesome! Cracked under pressure and deleted mine on my Redline order. Just hope it wasnt more than a supplier prob. Say, paint melts from the S/C heat.
