Hello all,
I looked around but didn't find my answer. Does anyone know the correct belt to use with the stock lower and 2.85 Griptec upper? Almost have all the parts needed for my build. Just need a few other things. My build is as follows

2.85 upper
Fic 1200 injectors
Dual in tank pumps
LMI intake
180 Stat
Pinned lower
Blower spacer/blanket (still deciding)
3.09 rear
DSS 1 piece drive shaft
Diff brace
Cradle lock out kit
Mickey Thompson Et Street R
New computer or unlock the stock?

Dusterhauff trans/flex tune with a second track/race tune with second pulley.

What do you guys think? Am I missing anything? Will probably start installing parts this weekend. Can't wait to really unleash this thing. Still trying to decide between Steve white pumps or tapped performance. Some say SW set up uses small pumps. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Blower spacer/blanket (still deciding)... this is a seriously great investment and I cant recommend more. Also since you're pinning the crank I would recommend a 10% lower with maybe a larger upper instead. but the spacer blanket is great, youre going to add a lot of heat with more boost.

What is the benefit of a larger upper and underdrive? Same boost in the end or more

The benefit to doing a larger upper and 10% lower instead of a smaller upper only is that you get better belt wrap on the upper pulley without the need to use additional idlers increasing the chance of additional friction and unwanted tension

I have stock lower and a 2.85 upper and spacer plates and the stock belt was the perfect length. The pulley makes the belt needed "shorter" but the spacer plates make the belt needed "longer" so it works out.

When I installed the plates, I also used longer locating dowels for the blower. I pinned my stock lower, too.

Also, for your combo, I'd try to get the 315Rs on the car, especially with the 3.09s you are running.

Driveshaft safety loop?

Upgraded axles?

Do you have the 2.4 IHI blower or the 2.7 blower? Hellcat or Redeye?

I have AAD rear suspension and it helped with consistency but if you race on a sticky track, then you may not need them.
