Super bird was not based of a charger… old timers should be able to correct me but that’s of a Plymouth and if any should be based of a challenger for today’s standard

I don’t see why they’ll do a challenger T/A when today you can get that as a package on a scat pack…

If they aredoing homage to the pst I’d say will be something that they haven’t done to date on the current platform…

A challenger Superbird in B5 blue, a road runner in Plum Crazy purple… I would jump on that in a heartbeat!

I associated the Mod Top to the 2 covers, but you're right, they do look like the Swinger logos. In this PC era I'll be really surprised if they use that...plus Dart Swingers were nothing special.

'King' Richard Petty drove a superbird yes, but the Daytona was the Charger variant.

I dont know about the challenger but that charger is the 5.7 Daytona. Thats a normal charger Daytona hood for both the charger Daytona 392 and 5.7. I had one.

Actually both look like the special models from 2017... The challenger is the T/A.

My thought was one step up from the regular hellcat, would be a High out put 6.2L thus the redeye.

i believe charger h.o. will have 18’s like the ss just don’t know what it will be named.
sema car may be e85 all wheel drive. in the video, looks like car doing a burn out was smoking front tires 🤷🏼‍♂️

I feel they will badge and play with existing combinations and colors. Don’t be surprised if they mix in a model with demon hood. I’m not expecting anything outrageous especially performance with low volume. Maybe a model with a crate etc.

They’re digging deep down into the parts bin and pulling out all the leftover Charger and challenger parts. Mix and match and come up with all
kinds of special editions.

I think you might have just nailed it. Bunch of body bolt on stuff through direct connection. This will have nothing to do with emissions and what not. Maybe bolt on nose cone, big wing, stripe package?

The Superbird was based on a Roadrunner (hence Superbird), which was a "twin" to the Charger. There was the Charger Daytona which was a "twin" to the Superbird. Neither of them had any connection to a Challenger or 'Cuda.

There's a guy around here has an older model Charger in that same yellow with the badging and I must say he takes care of it and it still looks sharp. I'm not a fan of yellow cars but that looks real good on a Charger or Challenger.

M1 Concourse, the first special edition will debut on August 24th and be a Challenger with a 6.4-liter HEMI V8. let's see if its just stickers
