Just wanted to start a thread where I can post up my videos to share with you guys. I usually go to MIR or Cecil county in MD. Had a chance to test a new setup recently and was smiling from ear to ear. The setup is as follows:

Litens Hellraiser 2.72
ID 1050x injectors
JLT Intake
Pinned Crank
Boost A Pump
FI IC spacers w/ blanket
HHP Drag racing springs
DSS 4” drive shaft
P4D diff brace
Forgestar D5 beadlocks in the rear
305/45r17 MT ET Street R
Racestar Skinnies in the front
MT Sportsman s/r
PCM/TCM tuning provided by OST

This week was getting data for Mike so we can dial in the TCM. Right now I’m limited on timing till we get it right as I’m on 93 with a dash of 104 to eliminate knock. Race gas tune will come right after! Fastest pass of the night was a 10.185 at 133mph. 😀

Let me know what you think and if you’re in the MD area at the track come say hi!

Congratulations on the New PB! That's haulin' the groceries!

Are you friends with the person in the CTS-V because it looks like you raced him a few times and they were good races too?

Thanks for the video too! (y)

You drove it on a circuit track yet? It's a blast. I've been working towards my licensing with mine. So much fun.

Congrats on those low ET's. Looks like you had a great day for racing. I ran my first 9 second times at that track! Love the facility just to far away to go back on a regular basis. Hope to make another trip up that way some day.

You for sure have that car hauling the mail. Looks like the drag springs are doing their job!!

Be safe and keep having fun with that car!

Thank you, as long as the logs show good things. I’ll keep sending it!

Excellent! Good consistency w/ 60 foots. Launch technique?
Powerbrake, try to come up to about 2k rpm and then on third light let it eat.

Thank you! Hopefully Mike at OST can identify the knock issues in 5th and well make 9’s next!

I am not friends with the CTS-V owner. We happened to be the only two running 1/4 mile no time so we had the track to ourselves, lol.

Not yet. Don’t have a good set of tires for a square setup.

Quick question once you hit 9s and they don't let you run at the track anymore, do you plan on cutting up your car for the certified roll cage and the $1700 for the Licence?

Not a chance in hell the car will have a cage. At that point I will stop modifying and go buy a shell and start from there and build a fully caged car. In the meantime I will go to selective track rentals for new dives into the 9's (that rhymed ) where they don't care about what your have in the car and then for the 10.00 index class have a tune that will be dialed back enough to help me get there.

Nice passes. I have a super stock coming soon. I will have to hit the track with you. I am in Maryland too. 9’s may get you the boot at the track, but they seem lenient at MIR.

Robert
shoot me your info via pm, lets meet up one day at an event at MIR

I hope you will soon have your Data. You really Never want to racing with Knock.
Hellcats hate knock. In 2015 lots of inexperienced Tuners blew up any engines,.

I race Cecil too. MIR is one of my All time favorite Tracks!

We sent it as safely as we could. First pass, no knock but still had fuel pressure drop off. Sent it again, no knock but same fuel pressure drop in fifth gear. Wasn't going to temp fate, there definitely was a 9.99 in there but I'll take my 10.09. Here's a quick video of the two passes, met a new friend at the track too, that orange Hellcat when he puts it in party mode is just as fast.
