Yes, you hope n pray the lower bumper cover nuts were never installed at the factory

*If they are there (and tight lol) you can get em off w quality 1/4” drive 10mm wiggler n long extension

It’s easy. 2 nuts (hopefully) 2 bolts bunch of push pins and one plug. You can see everything that needs to be removed except those lower nuts if they are there. It doesn’t need those (or the plastic pins ha). I replaced the top nuts w fender washers n nylocks cuz the top ones were loose on mine
