The picture you sent us was not the way it left my stall. And I have pictures to prove my statement. That is all I have to say about this issue,

I treat each and every car that I work on like it is my own. I have many SRT customers that will back me. No way I would let the car go with the damage he has showed. What I felt was a very very minor scratch on the underside of the splitter out of sight you would never see it unless you get up under the car. No cracks just a minor scuff.

OP asked me about damage I was being honest. Now my words are being used against me. I deleted my posts not to be shady but more so the fact that this has gotten me some heat at work.

I would let Tammie and the team know who it was on this site and have him banned as a member, we don't need two faces like that on our site.
Next I would get the post to higher ups at Dodge and show them the post he deleted.

Its sad a purchase for 70k depending on the over sticker or not and these jacka#$% won't flip for a new splitter that at there wholesale is not a lot. And the money doesn't even come out of the shyster salesman and managers pocket.

I guess they never heard of customer service, as hard as they covered it up, it would have been a lot easier to fix it for you.

Lol ban me? Are you serious?

Whatever I am out of this fight anyway. I have probably already said too much already and putting my job at risk.

Just my opinion, but IF I were the owner of the dealership I would fix the vehicle to the customers satisfaction. Considering that the dealership just made THOUSANDS of $ in profit, forget who was at fault and just fix it.
And thats between the OP and the management. But I got my name dragged through the mud on this one for just trying to be a stand up guy.

I believe NX91Notch in that there was probably some minor scuff or something (the type of thing that you would never see and certainly not replace -- it's going to happen if you drive the car). He was being honest. The buyer got the car, damage was worse freaked
And this is exactly what happened. The scuff was so so so minor on the underside of the splitter you only knew it was there if you were under neither the splitte. It didn't warrant a replacement. And that's what I tried to portray in my orginaly posts that I ended up deleting.

I was being honest like the type of person I have and it has gotten me in all kinds of hot water. I guess I should of just kept my mouth shut.

my cat is scheduled to arrive next week. If my car comes with a minor scuff I won't even replace it on my personal car.
