Yeah... I've called the SRT chat a few times to start a case... but they tell me that i have to wait until it's been in one status for 42 days before I can start a case. So, I believe the game is... on the 41 day they revert it back to C status and then back to D or D1... so it doesnt ever make the 42 day criteria! Very frusterating as it went to D states back in early march and I have a vin... but I call "customer care" and they say it's only been in D for 30 days!!!Thanks! I'm worried about Lance but hopefully we can get some good games in this year and he can get some good experience.
My option list:
I was in D1 for a while, so I did call the SRT chat a few times to open a case with regards to time spent waiting - not sure if that resulted in anything being sped up.
- Granite Pearl Coat paint
- Plus Package
- Demonic Red Seat Belts
- Harman Kardon Audio System
- Driver Convenience Group
- Technology Group
- 20x9.5 Matte Vapor SRT Alum Wheels
That is interesting, and I did not know you could request and updated POC. Did you call the dealer to get the POC?When I called them or used the chat, they wouldn't even tell me what status code it was in, just "scheduled". Every POC I got from my dealer said "D1", but the build sheet has a "D1-to-D regress" line in there, so I must have got downgraded at some point.
Although the build sheet also says "Special Scheduling Condition VII" on there, so maybe all those calls expedited it at some point.
Yeah who knows... I just want my car. I am trying to give them $... but they don't seem to care!I’ve contacted the chat once since I ordered on May 26th, dealer maybe 6-8 times, and my Build Sheet also has a D to D1 regress and a Special Scheduling Condition VII listed on it. I honestly don’t think extra chat checks leads to any sort of expediting. I’ve actually wondered if it slows it down, lol. Seems like the people who are lazy faire about it end up with their cars unexpectedly soon. I’m not convinced anything speeds it up……but maybe luck.
Yeah!!! It is very frustrating!!! I've been a Mopar fan my entire life and owed a lot of Dodge, Plymouth, and Chrylser's through the years... I have been very faithful when it comes to buying vehicles, and to have Dodge treat us like this... is pure BS!!!I'm frustrated, too. I Ordered on March 31st, Got Scheduled on May 18th and the dealer told me that my build date was tentatively July 11th. Obviously, that has come and gone. I contact the Chat last night and they said they were forwarding to a "Specialist" whatever that means.
I'm curious on those that can see your Build Sheet. When I pull up my VIN, there's nothing there still. How are you seeing your Build Sheet if your car is still in D?
