I just put a competing order in with Koons for the 8 pct off. Hoping it builds faster than my original since Koon's is non refundable.

We're definitely all in the same boat. With no updates on my June order I actually went ahead and placed a second one with another dealer. Let's see who wins... Feels like it won't be me haha.

I guess I was hopeful supply issues would be starting to resolve soon. I guess I'd be ok with a '23, just kinda wanted a new car this year.

Did yours get pushed back? Wondering why there are two different confirmed dates.

I should have explained - I placed a second order after seeing the 8 pct off MSRP Koons was offering. Felt like I had to do it with like 7k in savings even with 2 months of lead time in the bank.

But I haven't canceled the earlier one so I just have two orders for now.

That seems like a quick status change compared to some that i've seen so congrats and I hope you see your car soon!

It seems like Jailbreak Challengers get priority from what I can see anecdotally here on the forum; I guess that makes sense if they're higher margin. WB Chargers seem to be the slowest.

It comes out to about a $5k difference from what we agreed on...a lot for me lol...but...also have a few discounts to cut it down to about a $3k diff...which is more tolerable...then it's matter of my pride and the principal of the agreement...waiting nearly 11 mos for it...wifey telling me "f it, you worked hard for it, put the pride aside"...is she right? Lol

My wife would get in there and negotiate for me. She doesn't take any concessions ever in any negotiation lol. If they pull this on me I might have to get her to come in and put her Karen wig on because I can be persuaded sometimes. She cannot. And somehow she always gets her way.

Dealer told me today that all 22 orders in D status will be built.

That said it’s been said somewhere in this thread an email address to send an email to to ask about my build. Can someone help me out?

I’m in D but not D1 and I’m still in TBD for scheduling. Been since 3/14.

Mine told me he isn't sure but thinks I'll be converted to '23. I'm not even sure how that would work considering they're not even using the same colors next year and don't have the same packages available as far as I can tell. Running out of runway at this point.

Quick Edit: Reached out to dealer to inquire about how I might be bumped to a 23. Said it wouldn't happen automatically. Inventory manager said with strong conviction that all of the pending 22s will be built. Dealer thinks I should just sit tight.

Pending 22's as in which statuses? I would have difficulty believing cars that have yet to reach at least D status are going to be built.

I think D status at least. My impression is that they all reach D pretty much immediately.
