Figured I'd start a tracking thread for anyone who has a cat on order. I recently ordered mine as have a few others here. We can put our info in & edit it at any time as info becomes available. This way anyone can get an idea of how long it may take. For anyone who has recently received their car, you can fill in info as well to help others with time lines. I'll start with mine.

Status: E (frame) 3/24/21
F (paint) 3/25/21
Insert 3 week shutdown for parts shortage here............
I (pending inspection) 4/20/21
JB status (upfit center) 4/20/21
Window sticker: 4/29/21
Build sheet: 4/20/21
Shipment date: April 27th (from plant)
Transit days: Shipped from hold lot in Toledo. 5/4/21
Final delivery: 5/5/21

Mine seems to be lost... carrier told dealer it would be there Sat... no car still.... :) It " shipped " on the 5th.

Wait for the SRT option. After my escalation call request … it was like someone walked over and pushed my car along the assembly line.

Thank you! Every rep I spoke with was professional and helpful. Yes, I have that line on my build sheet. Fifth line from the bottom.

If you are pasting the direct link, if you have a space between the ‘=‘ the vin, it will give that error measage.

I find it easier to use this link: FCA RAM which a form you can put your vin in.
No luck with either. I still get the incorrect format notice. I am going to call my salesguy tomorrow and verify he has the correct vin. This guy is terrible to respond to me by phone or email and says his calls to my phone won't go through. He is not blocked. For a car ordered 4/30 I should be able to get more information than just "scheduled for production" with no date and no build sheet available.

Additional Note: We still have trucks loaded with Charger 392 cars going south and west here non-stop from their exit point in Canada nearby. Very few hellcats seen.

Try the Dodge chat line to verify the VIN and request a quick update. I’ve found that calling SRT yields much more info tho

04-30-21: Ordered at Dodge dealership in CT... VON provided
05-05-21: VIN number received via email
... insert crickets and patience
06-02-21: Dodge dealer provided an estimated ship date of 06-15-21
06-10-21: Called Dodge Customer Care still in D1 status - requested build escalation (highly recommend)
06-16-21: Called Dodge Customer Care moved to G status
06-17-21: Build sheet available online
06-20-21: Window sticker available online
06-21-21: Called Dodge Customer Care... went into transit at 0700 hours to Buffalo, NY
... insert my week vacation here
Hopefully my next post has pics at the dealer!
Mine finished a day after yours, still sitting in inspection, hopefully mine gets on a train soon as well.

I think that these dealers that are telling customers their ship dates, are mistaking ship date for build date.

Call or visit your dealer. Or you can call Dodge at (800) 423-6343 use the SRT option

NB Hellcat Challenger over here as well. Standard stereo package (will likely gut it anyway), plus package, driver convenience, no sunroof, granite color.

Not tragically different. obvious differences are stereo, color, and sunroof.

I called the number posted, talked to the SRT rep. They said because I’m in Canada they have no record of my order. She gave me a number to cal FCA in Canada, then the girl I spoke to was about as sharp as a marble
