No luck with either. I still get the incorrect format notice. I am going to call my salesguy tomorrow and verify he has the correct vin. This guy is terrible to respond to me by phone or email and says his calls to my phone won't go through. He is not blocked. For a car ordered 4/30 I should be able to get more information than just "scheduled for production" with no date and no build sheet available.If you are pasting the direct link, if you have a space between the ‘=‘ the vin, it will give that error measage.
I find it easier to use this link: FCA RAM which a form you can put your vin in.
