Just checking to see if anyone else has received their recall notice in the mail. From the information I've read-all the Hellcats sold to date have been recalled for the fuel rail crossover hose assembly! I don't know about anybody else but I hate taking my car to a dealer for any kind of repair! I'd love to hear your thoughts on this subject.

I got the notice last week,, had them out the part on hold with my name on it, cause they only had the one,, bad thing is,, they want to keep the car over night,,, that doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy..I don't like that idea

I totally agree. Thats why I'm scared since most these dealships haven't dealt with the hellcat. No way am I dropping it overnight. I will wait in the dealership and put the pressure on them.

Make some calls.. How far you wiling to go? Seems "bigger dealers" got stock parts already and a few have already practiced on somebody else's ride.. Time to find a regular , go to mech/tech anyway.

I had mine done. Poor tech burned his arms because it hadn't cooled off enough yet. Took about 2 hours for cool down and repair. I guess the repair is pretty quick. I have an early build so I have been involved in most recalls, reflashes and checks. Nothing has taken very long and they are great about getting me in and out. They know my car will not stay unless that is the ONLY option so I try to schedule early and get out. I have been happy with all updates to date. All it has done is improved upon the awesomeness of my beast! :)

Well we have a huge mess on our hands as of today...I want to scream...we need two new head gaskets, intake manifold, intake gasket...on top of the fuel rail recall and PCM work....best news(sarcasm)...the parts are 2/3weeks out national back order. Oh, and once the heads are taken off new bolts because the hex on the head could damaged once you take them off and they won't torque down correctly again after the replacement heads..

I guess I just don't like some punk kid whose paid to move the cars around take off in my baby girl! By the time you get it back it will have been driven by several people-makes hard to pin it down should there be damage!

So sorry to hear about this. That is very frustrating delay for parts. Doesn't seem like those parts should take that long. I was of the understanding that our engines use the same parts as other SRTs. Maybe the intake manifold is different, I guess a tech can speak to that. Hope your wait isn't too long.

Supposed to be for every Hellcat on the road today. Even Canada and Mexico.
I put my VIN on the FCA website and nothing

March 1, 2015 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - FCA US LLC is voluntarily recalling an estimated 2,211 cars globally to replace fuel-delivery components that may leak.

An FCA US dealer alerted the Company to a possible fuel leak following a pre-delivery vehicle inspection. These components had passed the supplier's leak-testing, but FCA US engineers launched an investigation and discovered certain hose seals may have been improperly installed.
