Dodge. Just get some OEM DEMON Rims. They are at your Dealer and sometimes on E-Bay and Steve White mail order etc.......They are hub centric and lug centric OEM lug nuts work and SRT Center caps. What's not to like? OK they are a little heavy but they are STRONG. Not really that much more heavy than a Weld 18X11 and they are WAY cheaper and forged one piece.

You did not say you are on a budget. I cannot advise any wheels that might not be safe with 797 HP. That is a lot of power with a heavy car to be running around on a cast wheel. Besides you are in here asking so that makes me think you have not found any. Last time I searched most of the replicas were 20".
