Good afternoon, I ordered a HC from Koons back in early April. It’s since has been built and shipped from Brampton to Michigan and has stalled there for almost 3 weeks. Is this normal?

Yes, it took my vehicle around 6 to 8 weeks before it made it to my dealer… Be patient and pray nothing happens during shipping!

You will get a expected delivery date, then another a week later, then another a week later, then suddenly Koons will say "Its here!".

My car sit in Michigan for 3-4 weeks and it’s now sitting in Jessup, 35 miles from Koons for 2 weeks. Nothing we can do, just waiting for the email from Koons.
