So I am using my SRT8 Core cover for now, I noticed that the Hellcat is wider than the SRT8. Am I crazy or my cover shrunk?

I think you are a little crazy!

When I ordered my cover they did not have one for a Hellcat yet so I bought one for a 14. It fits fine

It's the same as every challenger width wise. The only body panels to have changed are the front and rear clips/fascias.
