So I want to buy a Hellephant to put in place of my 392, problem I trying to figure if it’s worth it. What all modifications would I more than likely have to make to the car to make this possible?

Yes, if you have to ask, you've never done that kind of work. Car is down for a month?, TONS of money for the little things, engine codes, etc..
