Please excuse my delay in posting an introduction as a new member (I have illicitly posted a couple of comments over the last month…). When I started visiting the HC forum in early March, I was shocked to discover through heartfelt postings how bad the Challenger and Charger rollouts actually were. There has been injustice here. The misinformation and disinformation, the silence, the shady dealers and the general mayhem (caused principally by FCA) read like a cheap thriller. For those of you who “ordered early” and waited months (to pay top dollar) for your HC, I feel terrible for you. For those of you who are still waiting, and may have to settle for a 2016, bless your patience. FCA is very, very lucky to have your loyalty. May you soon get your HC and may the bad memories not linger as you enjoy what has emerged as pure muscle car delight not seen since the 1950’s. Frankly, in the face of all this disappointment, I stayed a silent voyeur (and learned A LOT). In March, I felt I had not paid enough disappointment dues to fully participate in the forum. My inability to place an order for a 2015 HC Charger (when I wanted to in March) was a mere annoyance compared to what some of you have gone through. Well, I have experienced a few let downs recently while trying to find the 2015 HC Charger I seek. I have clashed with some indifferent, misguided and shameless Dodge dealerships. What a disgrace. If it were not for postings from ResumeSpeed, BramptonBuilder, and others, I think would have gone back to Ford (I thoroughly enjoyed my 2011 GT500 Shelby Super Snake). To the forum builders, moderators and owners, I thank you for an incredible resource. Hellcat.org has given me the knowledge I need to continue to fight for a 2015 HC and, if required, the patience to position myself for a 2016. My sincere hope is that if I must wait until MY 2016, FCA, listen up, you need to put me at the END OF THE LINE behind all of the loyalists who have ordered long before me! Cheers, from Kurt in central Connecticut.

Well said Kurt. Looking forward to your contributions to the forum. Who knows, You may find that Charger sooner than you think. A few folks here have been fortunate to have a HC appear without warning. Good Luck

Welcome Kurt, I'm down here in the Groton, finally got my VIN this month after a long wait but I was pre-warned by the dealership that it would be 6-8 months when I ordered back in October. In the meantime I've been doing some searches 100-150 miles around my zip and they do pop up but who knows what some places are asking for them. Hope you find what you are looking for.

Welcome to the forum. Hope you can find the elusive Cat.
We found ours 3 hours away from us and was told if we came to the dealership right then it was ours. While signed the paper work we heard two other salesmen telling callers that they would have to call back as someone was there about a deal already.
So keep calling dealers!!
