Hello @frdrc13 Welcome!
I'm Happy for you that you have found Hellcat.org and have enjoyed al the Knowledge and experience posted up by members!

There are other members who are on here from France. Maybe there is a Mopar or muscle car club you belong to?

I have visited one over in the UK, and a couple of members too! I was amazed how the American muscle car travels across the sea to many different Countries.
I have online friends from all over the World!

Linda :)

J'ai passé 3 supers mois aux US.

Thanx.
Yes hopefuly muscle cars can swim ! But it's not a simple journey to import such a car and homologate it in France by yourself. I'm not complaining, it's a good experience and the car worths it.

No, I just remember a few phrases. Racine's Sister City is Monte'limar. About 5-6? years ago, a group of officials were going to come over during Bastille Day, but the trip fell through. So we took a crash course in French.

Yes, I've been told the stories from many how it is not easy to import cars from here to there. They have their ways and knowing the right people and ways helps. I would think you must live in the Country side of France to be able to really enjoy the ride?

Alright. So I translate my previous answer :
Twenty five years ago I spent 3 months just on the other side of the lake in Muskegon for an internship at Sealed Power during my MBA. Sealed Power was manufacturing at the time pistons and rings for... guess what: the Dodge Viper RT 10!
I passed by Racine on my "pilgrimage" to the first Harley Davidson factory in Milwaukee (nobody's perfect I also ride a 2008 Nightster and a 2019 Triumph Speed Twin). I spent 3 great months in the US.

Yes. I have not that kind of connections but I'd like to do things on my own if I can.
Not quite the country side but almost. I'm 25 kms (16 miles) from Paris.

Very Nice.
I had the great pleasure to also visit France too. Of course Paris. I would wonder how it would be to drive in the city with your car. I dont think it would be easy.

Welcome! Paris might be a challenge with a Hellcat, but there's some excellent smaller roads, especially around Grenoble and the French Alps. ;) (y)
Thanx.
I started my carreer as a bus driver in Paris, so it's ok with the SRT ;)
Agree about the French Alps. There's a lot scenic roads in France like the lovely back country side of Nice but sometimes you have to pull over, two vehicules can't pass together.

That's fine too. If a bus can get through it's easy peasy for a WB :giggle:
But I understand. When I arrived in the US the first thing that struck me most is that everything is big, large, huge. Even a small town like Muskegon (comparable in population to place where I was born) has large streets, larger than what we can have here. Towns are wider so streets follow.

@frdrc392 Thanks for the pictures! Beautiful!

How's all the driving going? Since you were a bus driver and know the routs did you parade your 392 through Paris yet?
