If you see it in person, it just doesn’t clash. Everyone that‘s seen it has been genuinely complimentary, and a number have stopped me various places to tell me that they loved the combo. I haven‘t yet had a negative comment in person. On this forum it’s a different story LOL. I don’t care though, I love it and that’s all that counts bc it‘s my hard-earned money buying it! One thing’s certain, you won’t see Hellraisin with Demonic or Hammerhead on every corner!

I actually love the wheels on that Jailbreak! Gives it a more retro vibe to me. What I’d really like on mine though is a set of the 50th Scat Pack wheels. If I ever come across a used set at a good price, I’m in.

Well, it doesn't look bad. I don't know if it would classify as good though either. I think people with strong, creative brains are turned off by color combos like this. People who see contrast and complimentary colors differently than others. I'm one of those people. I have a comp sci/multimedia degree and had lots of classes and experience in color design, marketing, etc. Purple and red are neither contrasting, nor complimentary. That's because they're very close together on a spectrum. In a simply way to understand sort of what I'm getting at, imagine putting dress up bits on your engine. All 5 parts are a different shade of red. That does not look good to most people.

It's like that with purple and red. It's a very neutral color palette. On superhero costumes that use purple/red together, one color will be a gloss and the other a matte. This creates contrast. The problem with the car is that both the paint and the seats are shiny. It looks better up close because the eye then draws contrast between the paint and leather texture.

Ugh, damnit. I hate being an art nerd sometimes. Carry on ;)
