I bought the infotainment radio for my 16 challenger to get apple play and my srt button doesn’t work?? Any suggestions?

Well that’s strange because I had to put my vin # in and it specifically asked me if it was for a hellcat..?.

I think the radio you bought had to be originally from an SRT.

You need to call them back.

I just remember R/T guys who never had the Performance Pages having a hell of a time trying to get them added even if they bought a new radio.

Well I was reading some other forms and some guys who bought the same radio from the same place clams it worked perfectly with no problems.

Yea, it a suck to have to buy a new car just for the radio. Smh

Have you let the radios set for a day once you powered it up the first time. I know my 2019 scat needed the radio firmware updated and it lost all srt functions until the next day. I know it happens if you disconnect the battery too. Just give it a few hours the and check again.

No, I haven’t. It’s still hooked up. I’ll check in the morning. Fingers crossed

“Update” it’s fixed!! I went to the car this morning and everything works. Head Howie was correct, it had to marry the car. Thanks!!
