Drag pack chassis-$90k
Bare roller chassis-$8k
Convertible challenger (conversion only)-$25k
Carbon fiber charger chassis only-$200k

add about another 50k to get the drag pack chassis actually rolling

add about 100k to get the bare chassis actually rolling

add whatever the price is for the challenger-specs you want Before dropping the $25k for the convertible conversion. The video below talks about the logistics of the convertible conversion which I think a lot of people are not taking into account. Going to be a nightmare imo

add 50-100k to get the carbon fiber chassis rolling as it comes with nothing, no interior, glass, etc.

This video sums up everything in detail from last night, including the fact that special editions will only be CHALLENGERS. if that’s so, I’ll pass on a SE and just order a WBRE/JB charger.

It wouldn't take 100k to get a chassis rolling. You're not thinking like a race team, which is what those chassis are designed for. They're not going to make a street legal car with it.. so need for all the air bags, dash electronics, an infotainment system, and umpteen billion miles of wires for eleventy thousand sensors sprinkled all around in the car. Nah, they're going to put a drag suspension on it with a few sensors (maybe) for an electronic adjustable suspension. They'll drop in a rudimentary dash with basic gauges, a shifter, some pedals, 1 seat and a cage. Tadaaa. Most race teams I know have a small warehouse full of engines and transmissions just waiting for their day in the sun. So, they'll just use this shell and bolt all their crap into it. If I had to guess what the parts cost would be a la carte, 50-60k, give or take if they put in a modern blown Hemi powertrain.

That being said, most race teams I know don't use factory chassis anyway. And definitely not a carbon fiber one. They might sell a CF Challenger chassis to the Sultan of Brunei.

I'm actually kind of interested in the carbon fiber Challenger. I think that would be a fun build.
The guy in the video doesn’t know his Mopar’s

That ain’t no challenger. Looks like a 71 charger body. Those things are boats. Chrysler is smoked outta the game. Shoulda done a late 60’s dart or cuda

I wasn't aware the average Dodge customer was so wealthy
it's expensive, wonder if it'll be discounted? Wonder if it's just meant to be a halo in the catalog and only people commissioning Speedcore to build things will use it. I will say my brother is paying to have his 70 RT/SE restored and it's unfortunately 6 figures. That does include drivetrain and interior, but there was a colossal amount of body and chassis work.
