The core is completely up to the buyer. If HHP / BES do not receive a core then there simply is no $2800 credit.

Understood so block is not in your possession, its at HHPs shop. Might have to drive down the road. 😁

WizzaVTX - I have run o-ringed blocks in the past. They are for fairly hard core race applications vs something that's street & drag strip. Same with a full or partial fill....cooling can be an issue on the street.

This block will take a a lot of power with custom Ross forged pistons, the I beam rods, etc... I'll add more details below to provide more details.
