So I ordered the components of a stage one package from HHP.
2.85 Hellraiser Pulley
Demon injectors
180 t stat
KN Drop in
Bought a Diablo trinity T2 so HHP will tune the engine and transmission.
Anyone else do this and if so any track results ?
Thanks !!
John
I would do the spacer plates and heat blanket too since you have to unbolt the blower and lift it up and it only takes a bit more to then put the plates on. For the plates and the 2.85 pulley you can use the stock sized belt.
I ran in around 5000 DA or so with a 93 tune, etc., in the 1/8 like 7.40 or so, and with the pulley ran 6.80 but with some suspension upgrades and switched from MT SS tires to the Rs. Went from running like 100 mph to 104 mph in the 1/8 or so. I've found that the tires and suspension just help with conistency. I could still run a good time here and there but the track had to be pretty good and I had to have the perfect run. My track is moderately prepped at best
I sent my hellraiser pulley to griptec and they put their coating on it before I installed it.
