I was there yesterday!! I ran my Redeye, totally stock, even with stock tires (I know I know). I'll have better tires next time as I did have plenty of traction loss, My best was 147mph. 1/2 mile. A guy with an identical car ran better tires & unleaded race fuel got 152mph.
It was a total blast & the cars there were amazing, just to walk through & look at them. The fastest yesterday was a Nissan GTR, 239mph.

Fantastic! I wanted to run, but it was a little too costly for me, along with being hundreds of miles away. Why did the announcer keep saying the Hellcats were 660Hp????????

3.09, and I noticed my traction control light kicking in at speeds up to 60mph. So I had plenty of wheel spin even trying to take off easy. It was a fun learning experience. Next time I'll have a better idea of what I need to do. All I have to say is, these cars are totally amazing.

Yes it did. Also his had 13,000 miles on the clock. Mine is at 2000. I'm not totally broken in yet. Lol

Anyone keeping up with this, the top speed for today, and event so far is 241mph. Nissan GTR. Thats moving for 1/2 mile!
