I recently got married and I was expecting to buy a house until next year and it's really nice for a first home purchase. I was hoping that my cat would arrive around the same time I close on the house that way I could get the the same day. I know my credit will take a slight hit when I close on the house and I don't want to have a high interest on the hellcat. If that's the case I will hold off til next year but as of now the house is my priority

Well house mortgage is a 4 out of 4 star credit rating. Should boost your score after a slight hit over time as long as monthly payments are met and on time. Congratulations on your new marriage!!!

It takes a little time before either would hit your credit. Buy within a few days and neither bank would know.

A few years back I did the same thing ,I was buying a new house, and the dealer was calling me asking when I want to pick it up,I told her after I close on the house,, last day of the month I closed on the house,, as I was leaving the mortgage company she called, told her to run the numbers, signed for the house and car in the same day,,,

Credit score of 720 or higher gets you the same interest. I am really not sure you would take that much of a hit, but as long as it does not fall below a 720 you get the best rate available!

House is over rated. Wife can have the whole back seat for a bed, you have tunes and can play movies on the big screen. Throw a cooler, portable grille and a Coleman stove in the trunk and a pup tent in case and your stylin!

lol the wife said I can"t get anything else. she said I should get a bmw audi or benz instead of a dodge I told her dodge is owned by fiat which owns a lot of big name European companies plus I cant get this type of performance from 70k benz or bmw

interest rates are super low right now....i wouldnt let it effect your car.....l wouldnt cancel the order.....when its finally being built check on where the % will be and decide then....your order may never get filled if your far enough back
