It's odd that theyre grayed out. You may need to go into the settings and actually turn on those options first.

How to Activate Heated Seats and Steering Wheel (Charger Hellcat)
Pretty sure i am missing something simple but, how do the heated front / rear seat and steering wheel turn on?
I confirmed on the build sheet they are there, so that is good.
found the front seats and wheel on the climate page of the touchscreen (with the auto dim mirror) but the seats and wheel are grayed out and not controllable from there (rear seats not shown on the touchscreen).
so what am I missing?

not very intuitive.
I'm at work so just going from memory here. Steering wheel controls on the left. I think you can toggle through settings there, should come up on the center display.any idea how?

Also on the radio you should be able to access settings. Hit the Apps icon and look for Settings.

I think all Challenger Hellcats have heated seats and steering as standard.

Got it figured out - user error.
Engine has to be running. I was reading directions as ignition just had to in "Run" position.
