Hello everyone . So I am adding long tubes to my hellcat. I will be running long tubes no cats and have a corsa axle back. I want to quiet down a little so I don’t get pulled over more that I already do here in the beautiful California. What do you guys suggest ? And no I am not moving out of CA 🤦🏻‍♂️. I have heard some people say a vibrant resonators others have told me Magnaflow. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I used the vibrants on the rear of my car to help with the rasp and gurgling. And vibrant bullet mufflers after the header collectors.

I want to keep my corsa so I guess I just need the bullets after the headers. What vibrant bullet did you go with after the headers ?

Geez, the headers and cat delete with stock exhaust would have been sufficient for you.
Being in CA and from what I have seen on youtube, is it really worth it?

thats one good thing about michigan. We dont have a long season and it gets snowy and cold but it THE car state so there pretty lax. The police dont care much how loud your exhaust is as long as your driving safe. I remember being stationed in VA in the early 70s and got a ticket for loud exhaust on my year old 72 340 duster with factory exhaust. Most likely back then due to my michigan licensee plate. Ive ran cars up here for weeks at a time with open headers and ear plugs.

After watching many episodes of Engine Masters, there are several mufflers that quiet down and will not rob HP. Their theory is that if you can see through it, it won't take much. Bullets don't have much baffling, so don't quiet much. Flowmaster makes them, for about $50 each. Look at the factory mufflers, they are straight through also. Remember, out the door, the Charger will easily crack 200 MPH, so why mess with success, unless you just want noise.

It's all in the ear of the beholder.
