I have found another issue after cleaning and rubbing down the beast. A LUMP!
The drivers side front fender, top side next to hood line and just a couple inches behind front clip the fender panel rises then falls drastically. If you run your hand flat from front clip to fender you can feel the lump. The passenger side is perfect. Upon popping the hood and looking I noticed the fender where it meets the front cross brace is dented as if it has been tweeked on. Anyone else have this issue?

Already contacted Dodge Execs Friday, waiting on what they want to do. Dealer body shop says they will have to cut into paint and work the panel to flaten. NOT HAPPY!

Just FYI... Front fender. Fenders bolt on and are in front on almost all cars. Rears are quarter panels and are welded/uniform to the body ;)

Consider a paintless dent repair tech...they do amazing things. Try anything before touching factory paint.

That's just probably how the front fender matched up after they repaired the damage from a front end collision. Sounds like your "lump" might more correctly be described as a "buckle".

I don't want to touch the paint. Trust me, dentless repair will not work on this.
I had struck a pole in a garage (big F250) and it was a custom color Harley edition...the only paint damage was to a plastic wheel fender part I had color matched online and PDR guy spent 3.5 hours working out what I thought would be impossible series of dents and creases...trust me, I tipped the guy $200 on top of the bill because I couldn't believe the job. Two others said it couldn't be done. Ask a few, see whose got the skills.

Well that's disappointing I would be pissed if it was mine  but im sure dodge will take care of you....seems like the few issues there has been they jump all over it like white on rice even read that a guys supercharger got fully replaced bc it was slightly louder than acceptable! :) now they are recalling all hellcats bc of a possible leaking gas hose they are being proactive anyway! o_O

Let a few PDR guys look at that...you've got nothing to lose.

Wholly shizz did they not catch that on PDI at dealer? How long have you had your car? That requires metal work to repair cutting welding major body repair!

A few weeks. Been in garage covered up. PDI rushed it through to get Cat in my hands. My question is how did it pass Dodge QC and get out the door. Brampton?

That crossed my mind. Dealer body shop manager wants to shoot that option down. He says it will be too difficult to get back on and won't line up right. I really dont buy it but I'm not a body guy.
