What's up everyone. Last year I contacted dodge and sent them pictures of the stripes on my 2018 widebody and the seat cushions. The stripes were tearing off really bad and the seat cushion looked horrible. My car has 20k miles and I take very good care of it. None of the issues were anything I did. After numerous pictures, dodge told me they would replace the stripes on the hood, roof, and trunk as well as the seat cushions. I took it in to the dealership I purchased it from and they gave me a rental. One week later the service manager called and told me they had a meeting a decided they were not going to work on my car. I picked it up and contacted the lady from dodge amd let her know what was going on. She told me just to take it to another dodge dealership. The other dealership was very backed up and were building new buildings so it's just now my time to take my car in. I called dodge the other day to make sure there was going to be no issues and they said they needed to see proof I was the owner of the car so I emailed them the title. I called back a few days later and the lady I talked too gave me 4 different answers. She said she couldn't find where the lady I originally talked to told me they were going to replace anything. Then a few minutes later she said she seen where I took the car in and got a rental but the work was never given a go. Then she said she sees where I took the car in, got a rental, but it says the work was completed. After I told her it was never completed, she said it shows that they reversed the work order because the paperwork shows me on there as someone who took the car in for service but not as the owner. I asked for a supervisor but received no call back. What can I do,or who can I call and talk to? If the work was never given a go,why would they give me a rental? I feel as if she was giving me a run around. Can someone please help me!!
