I would like to get a decent set of wheels and good tires for street use. I like the look of thick slicks in the back and smaller diameter wheels. Also, I would like to lower the car. Any suggestions for what tire, wheel, and suspension to get? I was thinking coils or springs for the suspension.

Have you checked Tire Rack yet? They will tell you ALL the possible combination available for any particular car that will fit. Secondly, "street use" and slicks do not compute.......... 😁

If you like the more ballooned look I would suggest putting 305's on your stock wheels. That will probably give you the look you are after but may take some convincing to get the shop to install. Plenty of people have done that on the rear but some shops don't like it since it's outside the recommended width for the wheel. I'd stay stock size up front though or maybe a 285 if you want just a smidge more. Pay attention to overall tire height as you still want them to be fairly close.

For lowering I'm assuming you mean coil overs or springs? Coil overs are super nice if you want to dial in the exact height you want and load balance the car. If you aren't after that level of perfection or on more of a budget then just get some springs. Many options out there which are all going to be specific towards what you are after in ride quality and/or height.

Street use.. I went 10.5 replica rims and 295 35 20 Ps4s rears.. if you put the 10.5s on the front with 285 35 20 ps4s it helps with front end grip too.

Could you possibly fit a wider tire on the 10.5? I have seen before that that size wheel should be able to fit 315s
You can fit a 305 on the 10.5.. but I wanted the wheel dimension as similar as possible with 285 fronts.. The guys usually running 305’s are drag racing and keep the stock 275s up front

If you go 305s for the rear I’d recommend Nitto 555R2s that’s what I’m running on my Redeye WB. Just 315s on 11 inch wheels. Your not gonna improve traction between 295 and 305 Ps4s. Rubber treadrating is what matters mostly not the width. But stepping up from the 9.5 stockers to 10.5s.. will help a lot the 9.5s are too small for the cat.. they do fine on the scat pack
