2018 Challenger Hellcat Widebody, 2022 Jeep Wagoneer Carbide

Here's the story so far. Overnighted (UPS) a payoff check for my leased 2018 widebody Hellcat to the address given by Chrysler Capital: 1010 Mockingbird Ln #100, Dallas TX 75247. Apparently that address is now redirecting the driver to a different address for mail delivery. (Don't know if this was verbally or by a note on the door).
That address is 4301 Patriot Dr #100, Grapevine TX 76051. The business working out of suite 100 is Deluxe Logistics & Distribution . Our package was received at the Dock and signed for by a person named Wesley.
I find this very strange - receiving dock, freight company, makes no sense. I also talked to a lady from Ait worldwide logistics, same street address, different suite # (160). She told me that over the last several days UPS
& FED EX drivers had been stopping by her suite looking for #100 with a bunch of packages to be delivered. She directed them to suite 100. She said this had never happened before. One thing she did say that was interesting is that the company in suite 100 (that is now receiving Chrysler payoff packages) recently moved from Mockingbird lane, which is the original payoff street address. The plot thickens!
Called Chrysler Capital they are totally unaware of the address change and as of today are still sending peope to
The old payoff address - mockingbird Ln. They assured me they will look into it and to call back tomorrow.
Lastly none of these addresses have Tel numbers.
AIT Worldwide logistics (817 481 4535 ) front desk lady in the next suite over ( 160 ) is really the only witness to the surge in package deliveries to suite 100. She did however provide valuable information ( and identified Wesley who signed for my package ) which I in turn gave over to Chrysler Capital.
Would advise to hold off on sending payoff checks, or try to use other methods until this mess is sorted out.
