Would using tire warmer blankets be a possible alternative to burnouts to make them all ready for a drag strip run?

If you can keep the tires clean of debris, they will help but won’t heat them enough.

My local track has more Stone’s and crap than your average Home Depot parking lot

You would think they would rig up a sweeper or such to take care of it. Zandvoort in Holland was canceled for a long time, IIRC, because of the unpredictable sand blowing on the track, causing F1 driver crashes.

Thats a very common track issue on most I've been too as it's not cost effective to lay down pavement / concrete everywhere and in cold climates especially.
