I love this. I have the kit but I haven't installed it yet. It looks awesome
I had white but Sublime became available.....:D
Very nice who has those. And any tips on the install.

Yes...where can we Charger guys get these? I've seen them for Challengers, but not so much for the Chargers.
I really want these. Still cant bring myself to drill the doors though. Dammit i wish the car came with them. Def really cool
I gotta admit, that's a sweet mod!
There are several prior threads of these lights. Its a very simple install and you only need to drill out the plastic underneath. I didn't even have to take off the interior plastic door shroud. I think prior threads have detailed installation instructions. Ebay has these very cheap.

Can you list the steps for installing without removing the door shroud. I'm curious how you installed the locking clip on light and how you accessed the wiring on the light that's already in the door
Thanks

The door already has the needed wiring for the existing oem door light. Just disconnect the oem light and tap into the line for the puddle light. This way it turns on when you open the door only just like the oem light.
The bottom of the plastic interior door can be pulled away with just removing a couple screws on the bottom. Pull it back and the puddle light fits inside. Takes about 15 mins per door. Sorry I didn't take pics when I did it

How far from oem light did you mount as the door cubby looks it doesn't leave much room

I don't seem to have those 3 bolts on the bottom of door. Also the distance you used would cause me to drill through the shelf. If I drill close to the oem light, will there be enough clearance from the speaker
Thanks for your help

Is the piece you drill through replaceable? For example if you want to go back to stock and not have an extra hole?
I want this but the drilling really bothers me. I wish it could go in the OEM bulb spot.

The light location is dictated by where you want the image shining. Too close to the oem light will cause the light to shine on the sill instead of the ground. The hole is drilled only thru the plastic. You could easily plug it if you don't want it anymore. It faces down and you'll never see it unless you lay down and look under the door.
Your interior may be attached by clips. Mine are screws but I do have an early 15 model. The bottom of the interior pulls away enough to get the light inside and work on the wiring without removing the whole door interior.

I have a 16 that was built on August 15 and there are screws on the door panel.
