Hey there. Not too many post about this exhaust. It’s the mopar performance exhaust dodge makes. Part # 77072487. Compatible with 2018+ srt durango, hellcat durango, and 2020 3.6/6.4. I saw a lot of questions in other posts about the pipe diameter compared to stock. Honestly the whole thing looks similar to the stock hellcat size pipes minus all the sharp bends and crimps that taper down and restrict the size in certain spots. The whole thing on this is smooth 2.75 with zero spots where it gets squeezed down in size. Has a functional H pipe. Stock exhaust was a pain to get off since the whole thing is welded as 1 whole unit and there’s a rubber hanger way up above each rear muffler.

The mopar is a def louder then stock upon start up, sounded like the charger/challenger hellcats and how it shoulda came from the factory. Zero drone, I mean ZERO drone on the freeway so it will be nice for road trips with the kids. All the sound comes out the very back when you get on it. You can tell it’s grunts out back torwards everyone else with the windows down when you punch it. This is how the stock exhaust should’ve sounded. My old scatpack charger’s bone stock exhaust and my moms hellcat charger is 3xs louder then the stock durango HC exhaust. If you’re looking for super loud this prob ain’t what you’re looking for, but if you’re like me and usually leave it stock but wish it was louder this will give you a nice boost in sound and looks really good. I almost painted the tips black since my stock exhaust came with black tips but figured ide leave it for now. I still need to adjust it better tho as it’s slightly touching the rear diff and I heard it clunk when pulling into my driveway . Maybe after a few heat cycles I’ll take it up again at work and loosten it and try to adjust. It’s kinda hard having so many separate pieces. I was a bit nervous at first because I was getting used to the stock exhaust, but I think I’m pretty happy with this. Plus it’s practically an OEM part coming from dodge direct.

Having a lift made life easier. I think without one it would’ve been a nightmare.

Thanks for posting the photos. Wow that left side pipe looks crazy close to the differential...maybe just the angle makes it look that way.
It basically is touching. When I get back to work Monday I’ll take it up and try to loosen everything and re adjust. I’m pretty sure if I loosen up the front resonators that are hung to the front orange hangers I can get it to straighten up. That area was giving me the most grief durring the install.

Drove around for a few and got to do some pulls. Def loving this thing a lot. It gets really aggressive and loud when you give it the beans, but is nice and quiet when you want it to be.

@drag racer i would leave it on the shelf or take it to dealer and tell em where they can stick it

Either that or have a quality shop redo the back of it?

Dunno how close the oem system gets to the ends of the half shafts or the diff but that one gets too close to BOTH imo. Diff has seals on either side not to mention clutches. By design (car, not exhaust) it looks like there isn’t much room on the left side. No way I would install that exhaust system as is

i had to adjust it several times after drives. Nothing is rubbing anymore and there’s more clearance. Was a bit of a pain, but it’s good
