I bought the 2015 Challenger 392 in February 2015 and since then I have been trying to find a reasonable insurance company. So far my carrier is the lowest premium at $2,900 annual premium and the other 6 carriers I have contacted so far are higher than that to the most expensive quote that was $5,700 annual premium. My previous 2014 Chevrolet Impala 2LT V6 was $1400 annually for a comparison. I am 65 years old, No Accidents, No Tickets, for more than 10 years and have completed a precision driving class. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to insure these cars at a decent rate?? I am in Michigan.

Location is often the key.
Where do you live and who have you contacted?
PM me if you prefer...my wife and I were on the business...I retired last Feb after 40 years in the business.

I added my Cat as a new vehicle, not replacing anything. Think it was for about 8,000 miles a year cost is $100. a month, but I do have other vehicles I drive also - NOT primary car. Have Home, Business, Umbrella policies with them as well. Allied Ins. Looked at Mercury and it was about $150 a month.

Thanks for the reply- my coverages are basic with $500 deduct Comp and $1000 deduct/Collision. I did an online quote with Grundy Ins which was recommended here and if it holds up I will be more than 60% less than what I am paying so wish me luck.
