Has anyone checked to see what insurance is going to run for the Challenger or Charger hellcat editions? I sure hope they don't base it on HP numbers

Im sure they will hit it hard. I am sure my insurance co. will. Maybe we can tell em we leave them in the 300hp setting.

I had checked, not much more than a challenger srt, for me 572 every 6 months

Thats sounds right. My 08 srt challenger is a little over 1,200.00 a year. I didnt tell em I pro-charged the 6.1

Since I will be driving my Hellcat strictly for pleasure, I will be insuring it through Grundy Collector Car Insurance. I have my GT500 insured with them as well. Flat rate per 1k insured, actual cash value & only $100.00 deductible for comp/collision.

Thats good to know. Do they limit your driving miles per year?????
