I am getting full, drive it to work as much as possible and piss every neighbor off when I leave for the gym at 5:00 a.m. coverage.;) My 2012 Dodge Charger R/T with the standard 5.7 HEMI has a clause that no one under 25 would be driving it. Since I am selfish, I don't let anyone drive my baby anyway so they can jack it up to no one under 30 and I am cool with that. My insurance is currently less than $100 a month so even if it goes up based on double the value, I can't imagine it will be much over $100 a month. My driving record is clean...for now. I have been able to talk my way out of tickets in the Charger, I am not sure that will happen in the Hellcat.

Can someone on here that has a VIN for a 6-spd Challenger already, let me borrow it to get a quote from my insurance please? They always want a VIN when I'm checking prices. I'm sure it won't be too much more than my srt8 or a GT500. You can message it to me here if you won't want to post it.
Yep, ours are similar. Only upgrade I have is navi and red seat belts with 6 speed. The vin is 32320536FH713729.

for what it's worth:

So I called my insurance, Farmers, and this is what I was told and it's good news.
I currently have a 2010 Charger SXT liability 500/500; property 100 (and uninsured motorist as about 1/2 the people on the Houston highways don't have insurance)....$1000 deductible. My 6 month current payment is $854
Putting in the VIN of a 2015 Challenger Hellcat with the same exact coverage DROPS my insurance down to $785 for 6 months. Reasons being, its ~500lbs lighter and has a ton more safety and anti theft stuff than my Charger SXT.
Just thought I'd share for inquiring minds.
That is interesting and great news!! Congrats!

That is odd, my state farm agent went through the list of the 2015 challengers and asked se, rt, srt or hellcat. So they were in his system. I even have the printed out quote. $444.93 for 6 months
Maybe just vin isn't in, but type of car is

I'm truly PO'd here. My Charger R/T is $1500 w/ 500 deduct no accidents or tix. When I compare other companies they are MORE. I hate to see what the Cat will be:(
My Challenger Hellcat was $80 less per year than my Charger R/T at half the value. Figure that one out?.?? I was not gonna argue.
