My Hellcat is due in late April and I plan on only bringing this car to shows and events. I'd like to get collector car insurance at a low rate with maybe 2K miles a year. Anyone doing this with their car?
Thanks for the info.

Huh?!Problem is your daily driver must be 5 year old or newer for hagerty
That's my problem my daily is a 2000 sucks for me and I don't understand I have 9 cars insured and still can't get hagerty to cover my hellcat plus 3 of my cars are covered by hagerty
same with me I have classics too but 2015 isn't a classic so was told about daily driver being a Issue when I called to get a quote on hellcatHuh?!
I currently have insurance on my 1972 Stingray and `23 T-Bucket through Hagerty, my daily driver is from 2001, they have never asked the age of my daily that I can recall, they gave me a fair quote on the Hellcat recently, happy to provide coverage, and again, no complaint about my daily driver being 14 years old.
They did not ask about your daily driver?I got a quote from Hagerty which was pretty competitive, so they definitely will insure a hellcat under their collector car coverage plan. I think Grundy does too.
Hagerty is one.I think only like two insurance companies do this but I can't remember their names
Nope, that wasn't a concern, and they knew the car I was getting quoted on was a 2015 Challenger Hellcat, they gave a competitive quote for full coverage. I told them I'd put no more than 6000 miles on the new car, it cannot be a daily driver. Maybe their rules vary by state? They did not ask about your daily driver?
