I'm considering the blower spacers and blanket soon for my build. I have also been looking at the interchiller. Does it make sense or much of a difference doing both. Seems like the spacers aren't needed if doing the interchiller. Could apply the $450 to the chiller instead. Let me know your thoughts.

Thank you,

I am running both.
I kept the spacers since the factory gaskets can let oil get into the intake side of the head .
Never happened to me, but is possible I suppose.. .

I have spacers/blanket and interchiller stage 2 installed, I can 💯 % confirm it brings your IAT almost 30 below ambient, especially during drag racing.

The IAT will get to 120, and cruising back to the pit, I can get it down to 70-80. Probably one of the best investments for the car so far.

Quick question for the Interchiller am I just not understanding or just being straight ignorant but you lose your in cabin heating capabilities? My heat function matters as I’m in a cold area so I ask, sorry to hijack thread.

With the drag valve you lose all cabin AC. It is controlled by a switch

Wait, lol.....
This has nothing to do with the heating system.
