any recommendations on which kit to use? any particulars making one better than the other?
The FI Interchiller kit is the best one available but also more expensive than the Killer Chiller kit. In my opinion, a chiller is not what I would consider a bang for the buck mod. They do work but they offer value if you drag race a lot at the track. I wouldn't consider a chiller until you've done most other bolt on mods and just feel like you need that extra .1 or .2 at the track. The kits are expensive, the labor to get them installed is expensive and you have to recharge your AC which is expensive. It would typically cost you $3-4K after its all done unless you install it yourself and its not an easy mod to install correctly. This is also assuming you're not using an aux tank, if you do, you'll have to add that to the price as well which could easily add another $1k for parts and labor.

I remember watching the Dodge guy advertise the "new" Hellcat with this addition. He stated the sole purpose of it was to cool down the SC between rounds; 20 minutes on track, 40 off. I will visit tracks, but won't be that concerned with shaving tenths off, so I'm ok with mine w/o one.

$2500 for a stage 2 FI Interchiller kit. Another $900 to install. If I don't look at my gauges I can't tell it's installed. I notice absolutely zero difference before and after in actual performance. One of the biggest wastes of money and my biggest regret in modding. For a street car/daily driver skip it.

I would add if you can find a used kit on one of these forums you can save a substantial amount of money however it still comes back to the fact that it will yield no results other than to gain you power back at the strip That would have been lost to heat soak. I was considering one since my preferred method of racing is top end like the silver state classic but after looking into it and a personal financial crisis I decided not to get the killer chiller.
