Hi,

I sold my 2016 M6 Hellcat during COVID and may want to order a new one before they are gone for good. I saw few if any M6s were built in 2020 and 2021. Can anyone confirm if you can order an M6.p for 2022

Thanks!

Oh, they want your money, but the EPA wants all of Dodge's money. Overall, the M6 was a fairly low volume unit, even during the best of times. The prior M6 was found to be too far outside of EPA regulations and according to posts made by Dodge Cares, the upgraded M6 was having difficulty meeting certification/efficiency benchmarks. My guess, if they did truly permanently nix the M6, was that the cost of certification and upgrading a new M6 to be used for only 1-2 model years ended up outweighing the minimal anticipated sales revenue.

It's not like Dodge is having trouble selling Hellcats right now.
