It's not truly "plug & play."
But hooking up the amp is easy...the power, ground, and remote wire are all in the trunk (the battery & the fuse box).
As for the signal...ideally, you'd want to tap into the speaker source BEFORE the factory amp so you're not amplifying the (already) amplified signal.
