Two days ago I was driving along at 75 MPH and a van pulls along side. The guys inside are begging me to nail it, so I oblige.
The rears break lose and I'm in Sport mode. Acceleration is brutal in this car, significantly quicker than my SRT 392 from last year. But a few folks have told me that their cars don't break traction once they're over 60 MPH. Are all Hellcats created equal or did I get a "fast one?"
My rear tires are still very good with no hard burnouts. This happens on dry road at 32-33 psi. This is not a complaint...just shocked that these rears still get overwhelmed by the torque at those speeds.
I had last planned to get 305's for a general improvement, but still can't find an ideal tire to settle on with stock rims.
This car is CRAZY!
