Waiting for your Hellcat to come is like the anticipation of a child leading up to Christmas. The only difference is, each of us does not know what day Christmas will be. Whether the anticipation is fun or stressful is all a matter of perspective. Dodge could have decided to not make this car. They could have decided to wait another year or two. I am glad that they decided to make it. The demand is high, so this means that most customers must wait a bit. From the customer perspective, one month of waiting is an eternity. From the production perspective, there is no time to pause, so each month just flies by. I do not mind waiting a bit. My excitement builds day by day as I try to anticipate my Christmas. Yes, like virtually all of us here, I have the fever. You might as well sit back and enjoy it.
This, but you look around this forum and you got grown men chasing/whining about when a car will arrive. Not saying people shouldn't be anticipating the day, but some are worst than others!

I agree, for many of us the anticipation of something like this really brings back that feeling of Christmas Eve when were were children. It's one of those moments you cherish, but can't reproduce easily.

Wait until the car actually arrives. You will then be filled with a different type of anticipation waiting, or wanting to drive the beast.

Great analogy!!

Well said I-Cooler! I think your comment is universally understood since "most" of us experienced the anticipation for Christmas Morning. I can't assume ALL forum members since other religious beliefs are a possibility.
