Hello. This is I think my 3rd post on my Jailbreak order, I know I’m pretty impatient but would like to know if anyone has had these same problems and some insight if possible. My Jailbreak has been at the body vendor/upfit center for 2 months now.

It was originally supposed to be delivered in October 31st, then they moved it to October 21st, now it just says TBD. That tells me they were confident they were going to get it out sooner. Tracker just says “In Production”. I’m wondering if it is built, and just hasn’t been updated and will immediately update to shipped.

I just don’t see how it can be at the body vendor for 2 months without being finished. Any thoughts?

Did you verify the status with your dealer? From some of the other threads on here it sounds like the tracker is less than accurate.

Maybe it's sitting in a lot or railyard somewhere waiting for a ride to the dealer...definitely been some hiccups in the system there.

Cars are definitely moving out of the upfitter right now. I had a run into Canada last night for work and spotted 2 truckloads of completed WideBody and HC units headed for the rail in Buffalo.

Hope you get some info and that your car gets to you sooner than later!

my JB sat in penske lot forever. dealership was even gonna go get it with a trailer and then BAM, it showed up. tracker system is junk. if diesel fuel shortage becomes a real issue, that’s gonna affect shipping also. hope it comes soon.

Looks like you have hood pins and a full satin package, that is a lot of work at the upfitter. They could be behind (most likely) or I hope they didn't screw something up and have to do re-work. Could have not passed QA? You do have a lot of paint on that car there.

Not sure how the tracking system works but I do recall a build video and they mentioned when a car is built with black satin hood or whole top that the car moves from Canada and gets shipped to Michigan for the black paint work then goes back to Canada for the rest of it.

Don't think that part is true, once it leaves Brampton they are finished their part so no reason to go back and would be horribly inefficient.

Mine was stuck for 3 months in body shop. Ordered it in February 3 2022 and received it December 3 and it had 47 miles on it . So bs and dodge keeps saying they are looking to take care and haven’t. Plus they gave me this phony voucher. I paid over a hundred thousand dollars and get a car with 47 miles on it . Wrong done by dodge!

Look on your performance pages to see if they left top speed, top 0-60 etc in there. There was a post of a guy that bought a Super stock and it showed up with similar mileage and the knuckleheads left their “testing” evidence on the pages. Had some crazy top speed and looks like they were doing some aggressive pulls with it. If I’m not mistaken that guy was in Europe and had no option but to accept the car. The biggest problem of course is 47 miles of non broken in mileage and warranty implications but to be honest I’m not sure how much damage could be done in that short amount of time/miles. These cars are pretty tough

Assuming you got your car by now? Funny thing, my SS is also f8 with full satin top and hood pins.... it was at the upfitter for a little over 2 months also.

His car is fine. These modern engines wont break just by flooring it when brand new.

Yeah same issues ! Contact dodge customer care and they just keep putting me off they have done it to me the first buy. And to make up they gave me the code that no dealership in the country would take. This is bs and the money it cost. Very unfair and unprofessional of them . I have ask to reach to the top executives and customer care say they are the highest they can go. I’m not going to stop bugging them. They have really hosed me with the miles on this car

Give it. Month took them a year on mine and it came with 47 miles on it. Band they didn’t want to do anything about it there more that happened. I have the car and kinda bummed that they drove the hell out of it and raced it several times. Their last run on it was 136 and it had to have less than 47 miles on it , because that’s when I got it. I was there when it was pulled off truck. American company and they do not want to take care of their American people that spend $113.000 on on of their vehicles. Just upsetting to see this ,but more upset that it happened to me. Booo
