Japanese review of red eye

English is mandatory in Japanese schools yet most can't articulate simple sentences, seems fairly strange as how close we are economically and politically, then again there are way more English speaking Japanese than Japanese Speaking Americans per capita and my Spanish sucks even though I'm from a place where 1/2 population speaks Spanish.
