I use Moroso A B epoxy on heads and manifolds quite often

Ordered more today as a matter of fact : )

Moroso 35560 A & B Epoxy https://a.co/d/3w6DRoV

*maybe they didn’t think there was enough meat to drill n tap it for a plug? Or maybe they forgot to and didn’t want to pull it back off lol

I've used JB weld on an aluminum head that had a tiny pin hole in a water jacket, never had any other issues.

Oh, forgot to update. I got whipple to look at the image and send me a email stating that in and of itself, the port being glued like that would not void the warranty. But damn, that much blow by? Matches what I see with oil consumption.

I would remove the Whipple and drill it out big enough where it is all aluminum, thread it then install a stainless steel plug.
