I had to choose between new r/t scatpack or slightly used hellcat. I chose the hellcat undoubtedly. Love the car and this forum. Slightly worried as all factory warranty’s are time expired..
Haha yea i never would have thought tires could possibly only last 10-20k milesGood choice! Start up a rubber fund under the mattress! Enjoy!
Don’t really plan on modding at this point just kind of peace of mind being it’s still basically new but everything has time lapsed and not too sure about the 2 previous owners everything clean on it carfax service report it’s in immaculate condition.Congrats
If you plan on modding the car, turning up the boost, etc etc. Skip the warranty.
If you plan on just driving it as is, maybe a warranty is a good idea to have you covered for out of pocket expense.
If you are mechanically inclined, you may be just throwing your money away for warranty. Just dealing with the dealership for any warranty work is just exhausting for me.....

3 months ago I faced the same dilemma choosing between a 2019 SP or a 2015 Hellcat. Test drove both. Made the same decision.
Even chose the same color as you, down to the wheels. Congrats!

Ima get the nitto 555s I believe
Ima look into that. I looked up some intakes but from what I read and where I live seems that open filter is gonna do more harm than good idk thoI snagged a '16 6M with only 4700 miles in December...Smiles per Gallon pal...I love it...lose the mid mufflers and put in the Vibrant 1794's...got em from amazon...what a difference...and pick up a LMI or JLT intake...no power gains but SC is 2x louder!!

Thanks brother yessir that was definitely an out of town pic I bought it in Texas and I’m from Louisiana so I had to get a hotel that night but yea I was worried about that I kept looking outside make sure nobody got frisky lolol but I live way back in the boonies with covered garage so she outta be safe and sound! I have read a lot about that tho and it’s the pits makes you worry about taking the thing out or away from home for sure!First off, congrats on your new car!
Second, not to be Debbie downer but if you are new to HC's the very first thing you need to do (assuming your picture is indicative of where you live) either get a garage (again assuming your complex has that option) or invest in a hidden GPS tracker/security system. The Dodge security system is a joke and HC's are some of the most targeted and stolen cars based off % of built cars. Seems like every couple of weeks someone post about theirs being stolen. Again, not trying to be downer but wanting to help as best as possible preventing you from being the next person to have to post that. I wouldn't let it deter your enjoyment of the car as that is what insurance is also for but also take some extra steps to help if you are parking it outside.
3rd, as stated above, if staying stock a warranty is not a bad idea. With 20K miles on it most of the bugs should be worked out and assuming proper maintenance you should be OK but the added piece of mind can be nice for some. Just make sure you get a reputable one with good reviews as some aren't worth the paper the documents are printed on.
Lastly, congrats again on your new ride! Enjoy it as much as possible.
