Nice, be funny if you weren't feeling so hot one morning and got in the wrong car. One of you will be thinking DAM this thing feels strong today or vice versa... Very cool. Congrats

What options did you get in the SRT392?

Gorgeous! I know I miss my 392 ... Ozzy was a wonderful car! Wish I could have kept him AND had Dante, too!

Well, as short and sweet as possible: Marty and I had been watching Top Gear in 2008, the episode when the guys chose American sports/muscle cars and drove them across America. Richard Hammond chose the Dodge Challenger SRT8 as his car for that episode, and I lost my mind!!!! I looked at Marty and told him I loved that car and that I would have one someday. He just smiled. Fast forward to December of 2009, and Marty asked me if I was ready for my Challenger. I looked him in the eye and said straight to his face, "Do NOT play with me about that. I am warning you." He laughed and told me to get in the car, that the Dodge dealership in Statesboro, Ga (about an hour from us) had 2 Challengers, and that if I wanted one, we would go get it. I told him that I would settle for an R/T, I wanted an SRT8, but if he expected me to take the V6, forget it, I would rather not have one at all. We got there, and they had a black V6, and a TorRed SRT8. I wanted Plum Crazy, but was not happy when they informed me that it would take 8 weeks to order, build, and deliver the car (they could not find a Plum Crazy SRT8 within 500 miles). I looked at the TorRed, and asked Marty if I could have a paint job later. He agreed, so I drove the TorRed home and named him Bane. Fast forward to December of 2012, and I was ready for my paint job. I wanted a really pretty Sapphire blue, with a custom graphic. I called around and discovered that i was going to pay quite a bit more for the paint job than Marty or I had thought. So, Marty gets online and looks at the color options for 2013 Challengers and told me that they were offering Jazz blue that year, and that I could get the car in the 392. So, off to the same dealership, and we traded Bane in on the Jazz blue 2013 392 that I had them ship in from Ocala, Florida, I drove it home, and named him Ozzy ... after Ozzy Osbourne. It had a deep rumbley voice, just like Ozzy! :D My plan was the drive Ozzy until teh new car warranty was gone, supercharge him, and put a shaker hood on him. Then, last Sept. Marty dangled the HellCat in front of my face, and the rest is history. Thus, Dante was born! I really loved Ozzy ... again, sure wish I could have kept that car! Below are a couple of pictures of Ozzy, and if you look in the background, you will see Marty's beater truck, that I call Stinky (smelly, uncomfortable, '98 Ford Ranger that he has beat to hell and back!)
